Bidwright is a proposal and bid-submission studio for construction contractors. This site is operated by Bidwright (“Bidwright”, “we”, “us”). For any privacy enquiry, contact us at the address in the contact form on the home page.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect only the fields you choose to complete. Only your email address is strictly required. Optional fields include name, company, phone, contractor type, approximate project value, submission deadline, links to tender documents, and a brief description of the opportunity.
We also automatically capture the timestamp of your submission and a short technical fingerprint (your browser user-agent) for spam protection and abuse prevention.

How we use it
We use the information you submit to review your opportunity, decide whether Bidwright is a fit, and reply to you about the engagement. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third-party marketers.

Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our records system, hosted by Airtable (Airtable, Inc., USA) under our team account. The site itself is delivered by Vercel (Vercel, Inc., USA). Both providers offer contractual safeguards for transfers of personal data outside the UK.

Cookies & analytics
The Bidwright site sets only minimal essential cookies required to deliver the page. With your consent (the cookie banner on first visit), we additionally use Vercel Analyticsto understand which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Vercel Analytics does not use third-party cookies and does not track visitors across sites. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s storage for this site, which will cause the banner to reappear.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to administer an engagement. If you ask us to delete your record, we will remove it promptly unless we are required to retain it for a legal or accounting reason.

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to us via the contact form and we will respond within one calendar month.
